Now Hiring: Studio/Account Co-ordinator

Studio Binocular is looking for an experienced administrative team member to help co-ordinate the activities of our studio.

Providing administrative support to the Director, the Studio Manager and the design team, this role is integral to the successful delivery of projects and management of the business.


Responsibilities would be focussed on four key areas:

General Administration
» Managing studio workflow and timings
» Preparing work in progress reports
» Contributing to operational procedures 
» Preparing and co-ordinating marketing material 
» Administrative support to the Director, the Studio Manager and the design team
» General office management

Project Management
» Preparing design quotes 
» Preparing project timelines
» Liaising with clients
» Sourcing supplier quotes 
» Proofing work 
» Assisting with the preparation of tenders

» Preparing budgets and reports
» Invoicing 
» Project reconciliation reports

Human Resources
» Assisting with recruitment 
» Reviewing policies and procedures


Prerequisites include:
» Design studio experience or administration / accounts qualification
» Experience with MS Word, Excel, database and time management systems 
» Must have excellent organisational skills, be productive and enjoy a team environment 
» Willing to undertake training, share knowledge and take direction from senior staff 
» Well presented and punctual
