Now Hiring: Studio/Account Manager

Studio Binocular is looking for an experienced administrative team member to help co-ordinate the activities of our studio.
Providing administrative support to the Director, project manager and the design team, this role is integral to the successful delivery of projects and management of the business.

Responsibilities would be focussed on five key areas:

General Administration
» Develop and refine operational procedures and tools
» Managing studio workflow and timings
» Preparing work in progress reports
» Contributing to operational procedures
» Preparing and co-ordinating marketing material
» Administrative support to the Director, project manager and the design team
» General office management

Client management and quality control
» Planning and executing projects
» Writing and preparing articulate briefs
» Ensuring creative work meets our clients’ strategic goals
» Managing client feedback
» Proofreading and checking design work for accuracy
» Manage client correspondence

Project Management

» Preparing design quotes
» Preparing project timelines
» Liaising with clients
» Sourcing supplier quotes
» Assisting with the preparation of tenders

Financial 

» Preparing budgets and reports
» Invoicing
» Project reconciliation reports
» Credit control

Human Resources 
» Assisting with recruitment
» Reviewing policies and procedures
» Assist with managing staff leave

Prerequisites include:

» Design studio experience or administration / accounts qualification
» Experience with MS Word, Excel, database and time management systems
» Must have excellent organisational skills, be productive and enjoy a team environment
» Willing to undertake training, share knowledge and take direction from senior staff
» Well presented and punctual
