The Melbourne Biomedical Precinct (MBP) is made up of more than 40 world-class organisations including Royal Melbourne, Women’s and Children’s Hospitals; the VCCC; research institutes such as WEHi, Doherty, CSIRO, MCRI; and educators such as Melbourne and Monash Universities.
Initiated by the Premier’s Jobs and Investment Panel, the MBP is striving to be a global top 10 biomedical precinct that creates jobs and economic growth through increased commercialisation, entrepreneurialism, industry engagement and highly impactful health care, research and education.
